Returns and Exchanges

*All orders placed after November 27th will be eligible for exchanges until January 10th.

Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges without proper documentation, packaging, and/or materials. We also do not accept worn or damaged products for returns.

Returns from Spain via drop-off point have a cost of 6€
Home pickup returns from Spain have a cost of 6€
Exchanges in the rest of the EU have a cost of 12.5€
Returns from the rest of the EU via drop-off point have a cost of 12€
Home pickup returns from Spain have a cost of 40€

Important: Duties and/or customs paid upfront at checkout are considered non-refundable by XXXXXX. You will need to contact your local customs agency to further process a customs/duties refund.
